Limited Warranty Information – Consumables, General Labware and Spare Parts
We take pride in all our products. We offer 30 days warranty from the date of delivery for consumable products, general labware products and spare parts.
Limited Warranty Information – Instruments
Unless otherwise specified, we warrant that instruments will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. When subjected to normal, proper and intended usage by properly trained personnel, we offer 12 months warranty from the date of delivery.
Extended warranty options are also available to customer. Please contact our Customer Service Representative.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost associated with this warranty service. Products found defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at SmartLab Hub’s option. This limited warranty shall not be available in the case of misuse, abuse, tampering or alteration of the product.
