Order
Once you have placed your order on this Website, it is deemed as making an offer to buy from SmartLab Hub. We will acknowledge receipt of your order and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel your order without giving any reason.
In the event that we accept your order, we will confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery.
Payment
Only full payment will available for general customer.

Delivery
All product price are Exwork-Hong Kong at SmartLab Hub facility, according to Incoterms® 2020.
All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
Each order will be delivered with standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.
Please noted that SmartLab Hub will not be responsible for any missing/lost parcel caused by incorrect shipping details being submitted. You must ensure that all relevant information is provided and successfully uploaded at the time of order submission, otherwise the order processing will be delayed.
In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
Exchange and Return
Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange will be accepted, please refer to our Exchange and Return Guide for details.
You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery or collection (as the case may be). If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service Representative.
We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the confirmation of receipt has been signed for.
The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.
Packing, accessories, user guide and black warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for return or exchange.
No return or exchange would be made for product which has been registered for warranty service or has undergone any repair.
All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be charged.
Warranty
We offer 30 days warranty from the date of delivery for consumable products, general labware products and spare parts. We do not provide warranties for parts that you do not purchase from us. These parts are provided “as is”.
Unless otherwise specified, we warrant that instruments will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. When subjected to normal, proper and intended usage by properly trained personnel, we offer 12 months warranty from the date of delivery.
Exclusions
The warranty do not apply to:
- your neglect, misuse, abuse or mishap, such as but not limited to, connecting the instrument to electrical services or other utilities not in accordance with the installation requirements for the instrument, using incompatible solvents or samples with the instrument, operating the instrument not in conformance with SmartLab Hub instructions or specifications, or your improper or inadequate maintenance of the instrument;
- installation of software or use in combination with software or products that SmartLab Hub did not supply or authorize;
- modification, repair, service transfer to another location of the instrument that you or your employees, agents or an unauthorized contractor made;
- intrusive activity, including without limitation computer viruses, hackers or other unauthorized interactions with instrument or software that detrimentally affects normal operation or from acts of nature or accident;
- any defects or damage that SmartLab Hub did not cause.
Additionally, any installation, maintenance, repair, service, relocation or alteration to or of, or other tampering with, the products performed by any person or entity other than SmartLab Hub without SmartLab Hub’s prior written approval, or any use of replacement parts that SmartLab has not supplied, will immediately void and cancel all warranties with respect to these instrument services and the affected products.
We reserve the right to amend the warranty service at any time. In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
Other
Title to the product shall remain vested in SmartLab Hub until we receive full payment of the price, and risk shall pass to customer upon delivery / collection of the product.
We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by other person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase transaction with you.

SmartLab Hub shall not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
